We serve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
Non-refundable deposit in the amount of $50 USD is required at the time of booking. Amount will be applied toward total cost.
At the time of booking, please advise on any allergies or products to avoid.
At the time of booking customer must provide any details of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks, or dangers of any kind on the premises.
At the time of service, please keep any or all pets in a designated area.
If cleaner fails to attend the premises within an hour of service and time and does not provide the requested service, Una Buena Mano will provide the client with either a full refund of deposit made by client or offer to reschedule the service another time mutually agreed between the client and Una Buena Mano.
If the client is dissatisfied for any reason with the service provided, client must inform within 24 hours of completion of the service. Una Buena Mano strives to achieve 100% client satisfaction and will endeavor to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.
